1. The service
Mabel is a wedding seating-chart planner. You can use the editor without an account, in which case your chart is stored only in your browser. Creating an account lets you save charts to our servers and, after purchasing an unlock, invite collaborators.
2. Free use and the unlock
Planning solo is free. Inviting collaborators to an event requires a one-time payment of US$29 per event (the “Unlock”). An Unlock applies to exactly one event, never expires, does not renew, and is not a subscription. People you invite never pay.
3. Refunds
You may request a full refund of an Unlock within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Payments (including refunds, receipts, and applicable taxes) are processed by Stripe as merchant of record.
4. Your account and data
You're responsible for your account credentials and for the people you grant access to an event. Your charts and guest lists are yours; we claim no ownership. You can delete an event, or request deletion of your entire account and its data, at any time (see the privacy policy).
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Mabel to store unlawful content, to abuse other users, or to probe, disrupt, or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Disclaimer and liability
Mabel is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Mabel after a change means you accept the updated terms.
