Wedding seating chart questions

Is it really free?
Yes. The whole editor (tables, guests, import, print) is free for one person, with no account. The only thing that costs money is inviting other people to edit with you.
Can I import my guest list?
Yes. Paste a list of names or import a CSV, and parties stay together so couples and families don't get split up.
Can I print the seating chart or save a PDF?
Yes. Print the floor plan and a seating list from the editor, or save either one as a PDF to send to your venue.
Do collaborators pay?
No. One $29 unlock covers an event and everyone you invite to it, forever.
Do collaborators need accounts?
Yes, free ones. You add someone by email; the event appears when they sign in with that address. No invitation emails, no links to manage.
What's the refund policy?
14 days, no questions asked. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Where is my data?
Until you sign in, your chart lives only in your browser. After you save it, it's stored with our database provider (Convex). You can delete an event yourself any time, and we'll erase your whole account on request. See the privacy policy.
